I had my son attend some classes with Ms Meghan for flexibility. He is an offensive lineman and dance helps with footwork, balance and flexibility. I would highly recommend Legends in Motion to anyone that needs to work on these things with their son for football. I have witnessed what Ms Meghan does with her normal dancers and believe me, she is phenomenal! Her dancers consistently scoring in the Top 10 as well as many choreography and overall awards!
